As I was their planner for their wedding in Italy, I had been in touch with Laura and Brendan for over a year before their wedding. So when they asked us to do their photography I was delighted! Their ceremony was at a beautiful church in the heart of Rome followed by a reception within walking distance on a roof terrace overlooking ancient ruins of the city. As a surprise I organised a vintage Fiat Cinque 500 to take them on a quick tour of the city stopping off at fantastatic spots such as the Collesseum, Circus Maximus where the chariot racing used to be and an off the beaten track trip to a beautiful orange orchard over looking Rome.
Back at the reception their guests were being entertained by a very talented opera singer/pianist I know while enjoying sumptuous Italian food and wine by candlelight!
Here are just a small sample of the 400 finished photos we gave to the couple to remember their day by.
